We started looking right as states started going on lockdown, not to mention this is our first house, so we had so many questions and concerns. Brooke was always willing to explain answers to us or if in the rare case she didn't know, she would find out. And follow though- which I feel is rare these days! She was prompt and never took long at all to reply to texts/emails. Even when we spent a whole day looking at houses, if we saw one that just went on the market she was able to get us in that same day (it happened with the house we ended up buying as well!). I would 100% recommend Brooke and her team not only for the reasons listed above but also due to her open flow of communication, professionalism, and honesty with her extensive knowledge of houses during walkthroughs.
